United FM partners with Advantos Group

We are delighted to be able to announce that United Facilities Management Limited (UFM), based in Essex, with an office in Reading has recently joined the Advantos Group.

We extend an extremely warm welcome to Stephen Bouchard, founder & Managing Director to this new partnership as well as the entire team at UFM into the Advantos Group family.

Stephen and the team bring a wealth of knowledge, experience & skillsets of providing core and bespoke facilities management services (mostly but not limited to mechanical & electrical services) to a number of high-quality clients in central London and throughout the South East. Stephen has built the business over an impressive 28 years to a point where he felt he & UFM would benefit from a partner to support with the next phase of growth and we are delighted to become that partner. Stephen will continue to lead the business as Managing Director and he had this to say about the new partnership:-

“For the past 3 decades, United have built a strong, concrete and exceptional client base, built on trust, ownership and partnership which is sadly dissolving from today’s market place!

Our aim as we move forward in this new partnership for our next phase of growth, is to provide our clients with enhanced service, Quality, Value for Money and overall Response.

Our Traditional old school values coupled with the technology and modern day best practices will reflect in the ever changing market place and requirements, the absolute need for total commitment and performance.

We look forward to moving forward on all fronts and providing our clients with the very highest levels of service in every department”

Sam Turner Group CEO had this to say:

“This is really great news for the group, and I am sure over time will benefit all companies within the group as we start to see some further collaboration opportunities with our combined team of more than 125 team members offering an increasingly wide set of services which we can leverage much more in front of customers which is great news. Its also great that the UFM history, reputation and uniqueness in the market place is based on the service, reliability and response as well as the quality of the work which has led to the majority of customers retaining contracts with UFM year after year after year. This is important as we continue to build the services as a group based around similar values and a similar approach.

This announcement demonstrates the ongoing ambition of the group to be the ‘UK’s favourite platform for independent M&E & FM companies’ and is completely consistent with our purpose of ‘building success by making a positive difference for all’ with our intention of making a positive difference for Stephen, his entire team, his customers as well as the communities. In addition to that we are very sure that all group companies will benefit from UFM being part of the family”.
